    Discovery call

    A 30-minute call to map where you're stretched and what you need handled.

    Custom quote and SOW

    A Statement of Work with exact deliverables, volumes, and pricing, plus a contractor agreement to sign.

    Launch + Production

    Once the launch fee is paid, I calibrate to your voice and systems and deliver your first production cycle.

    Ongoing retainer

    Your prepaid monthly retainer starts on the agreed date, with regular updates and a monthly report.

How I work

I work async from the Philippines, so you get outcomes on a schedule instead of someone watching a clock. Work often moves forward while you sleep.

  • Clear response times. Replies within 24 business hours, or 12 on Full Ops + Social.
  • Visible progress. Every task lives on a shared project board you can check anytime.
  • Scheduled calls. Strategy calls booked at a time that works for both of us.
  • Batched, not daily. Work runs in weekly and monthly cycles. I don't take on fixed daily routines like order processing or live inbox coverage.
